I was just curious about this store so I visited their website. They have links to a bunch of BLM bail funds in various cities on their home page

Something tells me I wouldn't have to worry too much about paying that $20 deposit if I was in Savannah. It's a hipster thrift store.

You can keep viewing each anti-white story in a vacuum and pretending they’re all meaningless, or you can realize that a huge portion of the population fricking hates your white existence and is openly showing their hatred without consequences. They’ll vote accordingly, educate your kids accordingly, pass laws accordingly, and will eventually send you that reparations bill. The increasing normalization of anti-white rhetoric and policies should not be taken lightly.

Funny part is that if this were the Young Republicans holding an Affirmative Action Bake Sale, these assholes would be some of the first to whine about it.

For those who aren’t aware of them, the event is a bake sale where prices are variable depending on race with minorities getting cheaper prices while whites pay full cost.

I just think it’s different when you’re providing a customized service/product instead of selling something like a car.

I think a black baker should be able to refuse service to a grand wizard who wants him to write “I hate n-words” on the cake. That’s different than someone not wanting to sell a guy a car because he’s black.

No, it's not different. That is really shitty take.

But it’s not a fee so much as a deposit. Idk if that changes it or not, but I would think it does.

Nope, the time value of money is still an economic cost, even it is only $20. It would - and correctly - be argued as an economic barrier based on race.

Wasn’t that the entire Colorado baker’s argument?

I’ll sell you a generic cake on the shelf, but I’m not making you a custom cake?

20 bucks is a very fair price for white privilege.

If I recall correctly, you are correct.

But the idea that customized service should be treated differently by the law than generic service is pretty ridiculous. You can't really differentiate between the two in any real, everyday commerce, anyway.

He agreed to make them a custom cake, just not a gay wedding cake.

So a black baker should be forced to bake a cake that says “I hate n-words”?

I wonder if people are actually going there and paying $20 to enter the store?

Sounded like they had to make an appointment which seems super awkward when they're like "so what race are you?"

Does he or she make cakes with customized political messages for other people? If so, then sorry, the baker loses this one.

Either all establishments must follow the rules, or they can all discriminate as they please.

Idk, I kind of understood the logic that it’s like commissioning a painting. You can buy anything already done, but I can deny anything I want for new work.

I should have been clearer - differentiated based on race/gender/etc.

I mean, I can't order a filet mignon medium rare with bearnaise from Subway. I can't order a lifted SUV from my local Mazda dealership (at least that I am aware of). You can of course discriminate based on given offerings and price. That is how markets work.

Are you sure that's in the Constitution, and not a much-later Supreme Court interpretation of it, or just an ordinary piece of legislation?

I’ll go with Civil Rights Act of 1964 for $500 Alex.

As for the senior citizen’s discount, age discrimination only applies in employment and even then it only applies to those over 40.

So if a restaurant automatically added an 18% tip to all black people's bills you'd be good with that too? They would still be able to eat in the restaurant

Sure, I DGAF. Add it to families with multiple screaming kids too and anyone who orders off the 2 for $20 menu.

That doesn't answer his question. Man the f u c k up and answer the question or admit you're afraid to.

But we all know why you can't answer the question, and why you want to deflect instead of engage: Because you've no backbone. Your "values" change with the wind, and so you deflect because you're weak. Your mind is feeble.

And don't think people don't notice, because they do.

Immediately.

Even (and especially) in real life outside of this dump and outside of the screen that consumes your pitiful existence.

Answer the goddamned question in a straightforward way like a man, or admit to being a bitch who runs from the hard questions that you're faced with.

No one can make that choice except you.

Answer the question,

you racist bigot.

I support. Anyone stupid enough to pay a $20 deposit to shop deserves to be discriminated against.

I support every businesses right to discriminate.
