Gas station breakfast is an early lead in to office bathroom afternoons.

Yes and still do when pressed for time. Wawa is great as well for quick grab. But even just the basic gas stations the hot dogs are actually decent hot dogs so I'll grab them if I feel like a hot dog for sure. Their breakfast sandwiches are sometimes very good as well. No issue grabbing it if I didn't have time to cook breakfast at all

There's a gas station/convenience store here in town that does breakfast and lunch. Couple of times a month I hit them for some fish and fries.

Quick Track in Prairieville, Mr Tran and his crew will get you a biscuit with a fried egg, hash brown and a piece of cheese. Side of grits. A coffee and you have yourself a "gotta work through lunch" breakfast and a solid morning meeting in stall 1.

I work next to one of these hidden gems. I was told they cook their biscuits and make them I with the eggs, sausage bacon, cheese like once or twice a week. They put them in the cooler then when they need them they just toss them in their hot case to warm up. Apparently fresh doesnt mean anything to them.

ETA: yeah, that's it.

I'm surprised at all the boudin for breakfast comments. I like boudin but I just can't eat it in the morning.

East side of the railroad tracks on Old Perkins Road. Just repainted it with a few more gallons of bright yellow paint - you can't miss it.

Texaco station at the intersection of I-55 and MS Hwy 82 on the way to Natchez has some of the best damn sausage biscuits that I have ever tasted. I always time up my trip to get to that point as they are coming out of the oven. Piss out some coffee, reload the cup and take a biscuit for the road.

The Y-Not Stops around central Louisiana have pretty solid sausage egg and cheese biscuits.
Also nothing wrong with a jalapeño sausage of the roller grill at a circle k or Love’s
