So you think threats shouldn't be investigated?
The hallmark of a true radical Marxist is they view any political opposition as a “threat”.

A. I am not hear to bullshite anyone. I tell you what I think, what I know, learn from debate, and occasionally make fun of my boy Roger. I'm not some commie, far left, PC idiot.
I make no statement on whether you are an “idiot”, but you aren’t a moderate by any stretch of the definition, nor are you a liberal, and that is based on my limited interaction with you on this site.

This is one of those threads where white liberals who personally don’t know black people outside of work show up and give us lectures on racism

Your opinion of me is far more of an indictment of your own extremist positions than anything else. Or maybe you just see my name/pic and automatically have it in your head I'm some leftist kook. Either way, you obviously don't truly read much of what I write here on TD.

I truly do respect you as a poster so I'm not going to get into this with you. We can't have a debate operating under completely different sets of facts. As Chris just showed above, apparently the Associated Press is wrong, in your opinion. If I can't even source the AP in a debate, there's no reasonable debate to be had.
I have no idea what you're talking about with this.
If your starting point for a debate over CRT influence in K-12 is the rather tired "Well nobody is making your kid read Crenshaw" then yeah, I agree there is no reasonable debate to be had. At that point it becomes a semantics defense on your part, not a substantive one.

It’s useful idiots like you that will be first to go up against the wall once the progressives realize their dream of setting u a Marxist utopia here in America.
You are a fricking idiot. Its people like you who don't ask questions and just believe what you hear from.. probably some right leaning news source. This also applies to people on the other side who do the same shite. Blindly believe shite. Both sides what people to think the absolute worst of whatever the other side supports.
People from both sides have a lot to gain by this country being divided and morons like you are quick to buy into it.

So the Supreme Court, would you consider that an institution?

I was referring to this quote which Oweo grabbed from the AP:
"CRT has become a trending issue in the news especially in regard to its usage in K-12 school discussions. However, "There is little to no evidence that critical race theory itself is being taught to K-12 public school students, though some ideas central to it, such as lingering consequences of slavery, have been." (The Associated Press).

Critical race theory has nothing to do with teaching the “lingering effects of slavery”
Do you not grasp that CRT is a literal theory? It is the hypothesis that white people are conditioned from a young age to be unintentionally racist
It’s a psychological framework

His entire argument is based on the fact that no one is being taught the name brand CRT therefore it's not CRT. It's literally the only argument he's making. And it's a piss poor one at that.
