How does Texas set up their school board membership? Are they (and she) elected officials? If so it's pretty difficult to fire an elected official as they may not be an employee of the school district.

If someone pulled that stunt back in the 1880s it would get shot down with quickness. Nowadays everyone is Sue Happy. This type of krap would end pronto if someone got their brains splattered all over the sidewalk. Not advocating violence but perhaps some of these school board offices should be bulldozed down and have the slabs scraped away permanently and the land plowed with Salt.
