I taught my wife how to turn on the generator in case I pass out. I slept 3 hrs last night, and poured a stiff bourbon for lunch.

The northern eyewall just got to land. This thing is way ahead of schedule. Love it

it is turning east and we may just get some wind and rain.

I don’t know where it will make landfall but I personally think it stays close to the NHC track and moves up right over BR or just east into Livingston. Time will tell.

Bruce Katz just stated Cut Off is currently seeing 60-70 mph gusts due to the Eastern shift he projected.

I am here. Nothing over 30.

I wish I could contact Bruce Katz and tell him the winds in Cut Off are not 60 mph. Maybe 35. Now I know they will get worse later.

He just wanted to talk to someone down here - said it on camera.

ETA - Tarpon08, you beat me to it -
