Don't buy a shite ton of cutsie newborn onesies.
You will get a lot of them from grandparents, coworkers, baby shower, etc. People love to buy novelty onesies for a newborn. Ours wore maybe 10% of the stock before they were too big for them.
Chances are they baby will grow out of them in a couple weeks anyway.

kids are great, but just remember every time you have sex in the future will just be to make another one.

I always thought this was so condescending when people would say it and there may be some but it is so true.
Oh yeah. I used to roll my eyes Everytime I heard someone say it. But I've experienced it myself now and it really is something I'd never be able to truly explain to someone.

You ever had a lab? A kid is just like a lab except you can’t lock them in a kennel to go to dinner.
When mine went through his Jurassic Park phase, and we were in-between dogs and the kennel was in the garage, he used to pretend it was a dinosaur cage and he was the dinosaur. One day the garage was open and the UPS man walked up with a package where I was standing with a beer and this kid in a cage. He gave me a funny look, I shrugged my shoulders, and he walked back to his truck without a word.

Lol, I was in the same boat as you. Married in November 2019, found out we were expecting March 2020. You'll be fine man. Nothing beats coming home and holding the little one. Just celebrated her 1st birthday on the 5th.

Teddy our youngest is almost 21 but I remember once a week was all I needed ... I could sleep and not even wake up knowing that he had it ... slept like a baby and was refreshed the next day!
I do like to consider myself low maintenance.

It's not that hard. Kids are pretty frickin stupid. You have to learn a few things when they're infants and toddlers. But after that, it's teaching them really basic shite to help them not die or cost you a lot of money(by not brushing teeth).

Got a 5 month old at home. Still don’t know what I’m doing. Welcome to the club and just roll with the punches.

First trimester sucks with the morning sickness and tiredness. 2nd and 3rd she is gonna be like a horny teenager. By the end of the 3rd logistically it may be difficult but I think you can overcome.
