When you hold your child, you will understand the greek word “agape” - unconditional love. It is awesome. Congratulations!

Second, support your wife for the next nine months.

Third, be the best father you can be.

Don't have to be perfect. Just do your best and do what's right by your family.

You will rise to the occasion. Just like you already did in September.

Seriously though, when you see the beautiful baby for the first time, you’ll know what to do. Congrats!

Congrats. As many have said, none of us really know what to do, but you will find that it starts to come natural.

After many years of trying and heartache, we have a 2 month old. He is the light of my life. I had never been around babies, especially newborns, and I was scared to death. But you just go with it and you figure it out.

You'll be scared shitless, you'll worry about every little thing. But you'll manage. You'll learn what the different cries mean. You'll learn that not every little thing needs a trip to Dr. Google.

I was cursed with a very sensitive gag reflex, and I was expecting to puke all over myself when it came to changing dirty diapers, but it hasn't been bad (yet).

Start a 529 plan now. Put whatever you can afford a month and then give the info to any family member that's going to give the baby gifts. Early money grows the biggest and everything helps. College is f-ing expensive.
