I honestly think it's a step back in the styling department

The screen like that started with Tesla and you will see everyone with it soon. Mercedes does it in the C series

The grill/headlight relationship is off to me. The 2018 model has a better looking front clip.

I can't decide if I like the iPad being tacked onto the dash like that.
I hate it. Every single vechile that does that looks like the designers forgot they needed an infotainment system and just slapped it on there last minute. Straight fugly.

That huge screen is only on the highest trim levels I think.

Not to mention the multiple hub bearing failures

Damn. That Lincoln looks good. First time I have ever said that.

Maybe they'll put a 5.0 coyote in one and smoke trackhawk or whatever.
The Platinum package and Sport have the 3.5 EcoBoost and are pretty badass

No. They willm have versions of the 3.0 V6. Around 360 HP and 380 lb ft torque. The Avaitor will have the same 3.0 but with 400/400 plus with the Grand Touring/Hybrid option 450/650. Plus the Lincoln looks SO MUCH BETTER!

where was the gas cap
The gas caps have been on the passenger side. I find this awkward although many other brands are like this as well.

Yeah it’s all cool until you get into a crash and there’s a 5lb glass/metal object flyin at you.

Last time Ford made a decent looking explorer. That one time.

The effeminate trend continues. This is a station wagon.

Front end trying to look more and more like a Land Rover...sides trying more and more to look like a station wagon...engineering trying more and more to look like a turd.

Yeah, but why does the actual quality of the vehicle itself matter when you can control your home refrigerator from your over-sized iPad dash thingy?!?

The biggest grocery go getter is a Tahoe

It's extremely unlikely that Ford would offer an off road oriented Explorer.
They'd rather those buyers pay extra for the new Bronco I'm sure.
So is the Bronco more in the 4runner suv size or the Tahoe size range?
Im a ford guy, but their lack of that 4runner/JGC off-road suv size forces me into one of those 2 options. Im not looking for tahoe size vehicle.
