Still can’t believe that kid from Zachary a couple years back chose to play at LSU vs a Harvard scholarship. That would have set him up for life. He’s since transferred out and played at some small school. Lindsey something... Scott maybe

ETA: Transferred to EMCC and is now at Mizzou.

No idea where they got that number. The Fall 2019 fee schedule says:

Resident Total: $5,953
Nonresident Total: $14,295

That's for 12 hours and is tuition + fees.

Yeah, around when Tulane was considered a top 40 school.

State is plunging further and further into the shitter in all aspects.
