I stepped outside for a few minutes earlier, and the cold air made it hard to breathe. I'll wait a few more months until it gets back into the nineties.

The gym will not be packed until January 15th. Resolutioners think they have to start on a Monday. This Monday is the 1st and they are hungover. Next Monday is the national championship game. Tuesday the 9th they will start touring gyms looking for the best deal because they don’t believe they will stick to their resolution. They will sign up Saturday/Sunday the 13th/14th. You will be able to find the resolutioners because they will be in a matching under armour outfit including brand new shoes.

I got there at about 9:50. It was -5 degrees and there was probably about 10 people.

Honestly I don't see why so many try to get into shape after New Years. If you have large genetics you're probably stuck with the weight
