I spend too much time staying indoors and want to spend more time outdoors. Video games had a special place in my heart but it’s time for me to move onto bigger things.

Thanks for the heads up. Now that the minesweeper leaderboards have a hole, I'll make my run. I appreciate your understanding in this matter.

Serious note - happy for you. It's tough to rearrange your life like that. I hope it works for you.

Congrats. Have you tried to switch to multi player board games?
You'll be socializing much more hanging out with a group of friends.

I can respect that.

I’m finishing a book and running a half marathon.

You could always....and just hear me out.....cut back on video games and still manage to get your arse outside and active.

Using the multiplayer qualifier has me wondering...are there single player board games?

Good advice. They design them to keep you playing. Fun but you can play too much. Just like TD. Right Dingo? You got over 36,000 posts. I wonder if your clients know they pay for you to be on TD?

I gave up video games a long time ago after I beat Mike Tyson and saved the princess.

Good decision. Those games and TV stuff is all a wasteful distraction. There's a whole world out there and a finite time to experience it.

Do something both productive and enjoyable.

I still play but rarely.

As ive gotten older and they keep just pumping out the same games, I feel less compelled to play.

I guess after the 30th version of cod that will do it to you.

1 Corinthians 13:11 When I was a child, I spoke as a child, I understood as a child and I thought as a child: but when I became a man, I put away childish things.

hell I just started playing them again after almost 10 years without them. Keeps me sane on rainy weekends. It hasn't reduced how much time I spend outside.
