I was also disappointed how they treated John Adams as a foot note. He is the most interesting person of the founding fathers and was barely talked about.

Health benefits and 401K match. It is a low cost of living area. I would have to live in Utica or Syracuse to make it work. They’ve given me a week to make a decision.
Spouse - no kids.

Is it me or is Ken Burns losing his gift for documentary film making?
I got through the first episode and was disappointed how much focus was on Indians and Slavery relations.

My problem is the salary they offered was too low. My offer was between 60K and 70K - and they want me to start on a salary of 40K. It’s a full time job within their research and library center. What would you guys do?
Any Tiger fans going to the BC game in Boston tomorrow?

Headed to Chestnut Hill tomorrow for LSU vs. BC — anyone else making the trip?
I know it’s basically cold up here weather-wise, but I’m trying to see if there’ll be any purple & gold in the building.
Anyone meeting up pre-game? Hitting a bar near campus? Or am I gonna be the lone Louisiana soul surrounded by a sea of maroon?
