Gotta be honest, I love them straight out of the can and not even heated up.
Me too.
I was in the grocery store a few years ago, and on the aisle with the Spaghetti O's and the Chef Boyardee Ravioli. I noticed they had a sale on them and was kind of perusing varieties, as I hadn't had either in many, many years. A complete stranger walks by, says "when in doubt, go with the one that you loved as a kid". I said thanks, and bought a can of each. I still buy at least one can a week.

Lots of gross stuff that I ate with my Dad that most people gag at the mention: cornbread crumbled in buttermilk, sardines and saltine crackers w Tabasco, deviled ham and mayo on white bread sandwiches, fried baloney sandwiches, I drew the line at the hog’s head cheese and olive loaf. Ugh.

Pancho’s Mexican Buffet in bossier Can’t believe those are still around. Ate there often when I was in the Air Force. ‘69 - ‘73
The Pancho’s in Bossier closed a few years ago. Closest one is in Dallas.

My wife was out of town back in the summer and over the weekend I ate a whole box of Golden Grahams cereal.
It was glorious.
She refuses to buy “sugar cereals” and only buys high fiber granola protein stuff you see on the very top shelf away from kids view.

My grandfather used to call these, “round steaks”. He also used to dip white bread in milk. This was apparently pretty common in men of that generation who grew up during the Depression and were WWII veterans.

Stouffers meatloaf tv dinner. If the wife is out of town it’s my go to.

2 Amigos Mexican Buffet in Kenner is owned and operated by longtime Pancho's employees. They have tried to match Pancho's and have 2 locations.

I thought that was normal food. Vidalia onion in buttermilk, pimento cheese sandwiches, tomato gravy and biscuits.
I always get grief eating plain Lays potato chips with ketchup.

My dad was born in 1942. A few things popular among his generation that he still enjoys are cornbread crushed up in a glass of buttermilk and peanuts mixed in his bottle of Coke.

Family eating for under 40 bucks at Piccadilly. Obviously you haven’t been their in years. My wife and I eat their periodically ( she gets veggie plate). Costs almost that amount.

Take a few wheat thins and put them on a baking sheet, put a small slice of extra sharp cheddar, top it with one smoked oyster, and then a dash of Tabasco on it. Stick it in the oven for a few minutes until the cheese melts.
Trust me on this, when a fat baw tells you somfins good ya might ought'a listen

Sloppy Joes my wife hates them and my son will try it but complain. Usually make the sloppy joes when they are out of town with some deer meat.

I never stopped eating Spaghetti O’s at any point in my life so I don’t know if that counts.
My answer would be milk. I grew up in a milk drinking household and still think a glass of cold milk is the most thirst quenching drink on the planet. My SO would never drink a glass of milk.
I don’t buy it though.

I guess this is the reverse, but my family loved to get the hotdogs that were stuffed with cheese. For some reason the cheese was disgusting to me. It was not regular cheese that you would add. My parents refused to beleive that it tasted different and would "force" me to eat them.
I do not eat hotdogs to this day because of that.

Crispy spam and fried egg sandwiches
Mashed potatoes
Hamburger helper
Honey bun and Dutch chocolate milk
Boiled peanuts
My family actually likes most of that too.
