Home by myself for a few days. Went to the store and bought a can of Vienna sausages and made a sandwich. May top it off by going to Captain D’s tomorrow.

What’s good at captain d’s?

I don’t think I have heard someone admit to going there, let alone enjoy it though I always presumed someone had to enjoy it

Piccadilly.

I grew up on it and have the beet memories of that place. My kids love it.

My wife hates it but tolerates it.

Family of five eating a feast for under $40 is hard to beat.

wow -- THE PLACE that Grandaddy would take me

I have not seen one in year's; I thought they were out of business?

For Birmingham peeps -- Dale's Southern Grill has several menu items that were at Piccadilly!

Dale Lowry, the owner, cut his teeth in the restaurant world at Piccadilly & had been a GM there for quite some time

Gotta be honest, I love them straight out of the can and not even heated up.
