Lol. Eta, it's hard to take the source seriously when "trans fat" and "sugar sweetened beverages" are in the same category as red meat and sodium. And "whole grains" is dubious for numerous reasons. Hardly anyone actually eats "whole grains," despite the labels. And there's zero evidence they actually help.

Can I ask what a double meat burger is? I don’t know if I want to know what is in just a regular burger.

Who wants to live to 100? There is a very good chance that most of your love ones will die in that time.

I got drunk during the LSU game and told my friend “If our defense plays like this, I don’t want to live until I’m 80.” My wife was pissed when she reminded me on Sunday. I’m in my 30’s

Unless I'm attending a special event or there is good game on late, I'm in bed no later than 9-9:30. I used to stay up late all the time as a teenager to catch Conan or another late night show. It's like that 3-4 hour block doesn't exist for me anymore.

Love God.
Love your neighbor.
Don't abuse your body.
Do unto others as you would have them do unto you.
Condemnation is best left to God.

I do all of this shite and I still have to take meds for high blood pressure because it's deeply rooted in my family history. If you have something in your genetic pipeline, there isn't shite you can do to prevent it.

Being "healthy," is very intuitive. Seriously-- think about those buzz words and attach the word: "good" or "bad" to it.

Alcohol: bad
Sugar: bad
Veggies: Good
Balanced Diet: Good
Smoking: Bad
Sleep: Good
Exercise: Good
Water: Good

It may not give you a the body of an Olympian, but if you cut out sugar, drank once a week, don't smoke, exercise 3-4 times a week, limit red meat, ate veggies, and got at least 6 hours of sleep regularly... you'd likely fit into regular clothes, feel better, and live longer.
