It really is. My wife loves going to these damn things and dragging me with her. Funny thing is, she never buys anything. I bought one of this guys rubs on whim one time and it was better than any store bought rub I had ever used. Been hooked on them ever since.

Calm down Francis. I know it will likely be just fine. Just a different flavor profile than what I usually do. FYI.. the main and most important part of my post was the really just to say Happy Turkey Day to everyone. And that goes to you as well. I truly hope you and your family have a wonderful day.

Wasn't being a dick, enjoy that sweet BBQ bird and happy thanksgiving to you and yours.

Well, he did refer to meats as “proteins”.

KingShaka, he made a booboo (Boo Boo),
And Shocker, it made him quite blue, (It's True)
Thought he'd ruined his Turk, he,
Would no longer lurk, see,
OT gave him a new point of view! (Woo hoo!)

Now his Bird Bites Burst Barbecue Bourbon,
The results are quite frankly disturbin',
Grand thanksgiving to all,
Be they massive or small,
In the cities, the sticks or suburban.

I mix seasonings with the wrong proteins all the time. It's never ruined anything I've cooked. Just makes it different from what you expected.

All the protein specific seasonings are suggestions, not laws.

Smoke that bird and enjoy. Plus, you may have discovered your new favorite recipe.

That actually sounds pretty good. Everyone may think it’s a new and unique recipe and you can concoct a story about how you tried this new blend of spices

I brined my bird in crawfish boil. It looks so good I would hit it if I was a weirdo.

You think you have problems? My driver stubbed his right toe and now I gave to drive myself to my parents for Thanksgiving.

This kinda incident is why even on holidays I make sure the backup driver’s backup is on call. My problem is choosing between the Bentley, Rolls, or the Aston.

The bird will be fine. You didn’t ruin anything.

You could take the skin off of the turkey after it is done.

That’s nothing. The batteries for the remote to one of the outdoor TVs were dead this morning. Had to go upstairs and take batteries from the tv in the kid’s room.

Could have missed some football and had to make an extra trip up and down the stairs.

Don't you know the first rule of crawfish boils?

Never get a handjob after one

You may be doing it wrong.

You need a Korean rub place with just women.
