If only we hadn’t overreacted from the start, right?

"We're going to have a bunch of kids all fricked up from this thing."

That's debatable.

Good thing you don't have a son. He would be soy-laden and bullied mercilessly.

No we're not, unless by fricked up you mean mentally from this fear mongering bullshite that's got you so worked up.

But keep pissing your pants in fear if it makes you feel better I guess.

Aren't you the fake biker guy? Have you perfected the biker wave yet?

Says the guy on here with a dear Facebook post about how his kid had to go back to school.

You don’t like it? Then have you or the Mrs quit your job and homeschool your kid. Because your kid is probably at least 2 orders of magnitude more likely to die in a car wreck on the way to school than from Covid caught at school.

So stop being a pussy.

It’s way higher than that.

I think he meant "fricked up" by missing so much school, which is probably true

This school may stay open for 2 weeks, if they're lucky. I appreciate Gov. Kemp and my conservative arse county for not even fricking TRYING to at least PRETEND they give a frick about not only containing the any potential spread but also neglecting to take precautionary measures to try to keep the school open for the year.

Lol... OK, Karen.

I can't keep up with whatever he's having a panic attack about on a daily basis.

Living in fear like that must suck.

My kid starts next week with all students on campus. It's a private school with a smaller student population and they sound like they will be trying to follow federal guidelines. We'll see how it goes.

Maybe we should take a lesson from the kids and stop freakin out and overreacting just because the Media is in panic mode. We’re all going to get it at some point or another and the longer we stretch this crap out, the worse everything will be in the long run. Economy, physical and mental health, etc will all suffer drastically if the idiots in charge keep up the BS.

Calm down and enjoy life!

Come on Kevin settle down, they are kids who haven't seen each other in a while. Their risk factor to Covid is nearly zero.

What this "experiment" may show is the whole lock down was complete BS for most of the population.

Good luck. That was the point of this thread....as much as you'd think schools would at minimum be meeting CDC guidance, our large high school isn't.

Unfortunately, this is the OT where a bunch of small-dicked keyboard warriors like to pretend they're as tall, smart, fit, and witty as I am.

ETA: Oh, and wealthy.
