At least nine people were critically injured in Birmingham Friday night after a reported exhibition driving ended with a crash that struck multiple bystanders.

The crash happened about 9:10 p.m. Friday on John Rodgers Drive at Gun Club Road.

Witnesses said a Dodge Charger and Nissan 370z were doing donuts when the two cars collided and then at least one of them veered into a crowd of bystanders.

Birmingham, Irondale, Cahaba Valley and Trussville firefighters responded to the scene.

Dude cut off the video. A bunch of people were standing further down between the cars. There were a lot of cars line up on the side

Charger of course. Surprised, not surprised the car of peace was involved.

Is this some new way of trying to legitimize pieces of shite who think they own the roads?

It is a more palatable way for media to cover what not too long ago was called a sideshow.

Criminal pieces of shite taking over a public road, shutting it down, and proceeding to race, do donuts, and generally act stupid.

It usually takes innocent bystanders getting killed before police and officials actually give a shite enough to put a stop to it.

To be fair, you could land a C-5 on that road and play a football game on it after 7 at night. Only the retards there were in danger.

Not the first time this year that one of these events has gone awry in Birmingham.

The video James Spann posted has the end edited out. The full video is pretty rough.

Birmingham’s mayor has been pretty outspoken on them for a while now.

The witnesses really didn’t have to say this as we knew it already.

I don’t know if Woodfin has been outspoken on this or not. But the guy has been soft af on crime generally. He is a sh!*ty mayor.

What the frick is this? Why the need for soft considerate language when referring to criminals and criminal behavior leading to a mass casualty event?
