I have seen UPS and Amazon do the same thing

The most angering part of that was how FedEx never responded to his case and just closed it.
The video itself should surprise nobody.

The job is moving and delivering boxes. Why have it if you aren't going to respect the work.

Business owner opened a case and FedEx closed it with no explanation. What a crock.

Well done FedEx! Lack of respect and employee training are important for the company's mission.

From Google
FedEx's main shareholders are large institutional investors, with The Vanguard Group and BlackRock acting as the two largest stakeholders. Combined, major institutional firms hold around 70-74% of the company's total outstanding shares. The top institutional shareholders and individual insiders include:The Vanguard Group, Inc.: Holds approximately 9% to 10% of FedEx shares.BlackRock, Inc.: Holds roughly 6% to 8% of FedEx shares.
Then ask Google about UPS
United Parcel Service (UPS) does not have a single controlling owner; instead, it is a publicly traded company predominantly owned by large institutional investors. The largest shareholders are major financial institutions and mutual fund managers, led by The Vanguard Group and BlackRock. The top major institutional shareholders of UPS include:The Vanguard Group, Inc.: Holds the largest stake, typically owning around 6% to 8% of the company’s outstanding shares.BlackRock, Inc.: The second-largest institutional holder, typically controlling around 5% to 6% of the shares.State Street Corporation: Holds a significant minority stake, generally representing over 4% of total ownership.
Customer satisfaction isn’t important when the majority shareholders have a monopoly by controlling both major shipping companies. The SEC isn’t doing shite about this.

FedEx is absolute garbage now. this is very consistent with quality of service I've been getting for a while. stolen product right out of a bag, laptop placed at the wrong house, delayed delivery, etc.

Their employee training video must look like the Chappelle Show “PopCopy” employee training video.
“Why? Cause frick em, that’s why!”

At least the stuff was delivered. That’s progress for FedEx.

How do people in delivery jobs by now not just work with the expectation that they are going to be on camera?
