Hopefully it goes better than Ron DeSantis Twitter announcement that he’s running for President.

That would be amazing if so because that went extremely well.

What’s going to happen one day when we have the ability to just upload every single known thing in existence to someone’s brain?

Catch his interview with Rogan. In an hour ++ interview, there is not one hint that he's not 100% into using this for man's good. There's no return yet because nothing could be done till FDA approval. He said once that happens, he's guessing it will take 5 years to make it operable & ready for human use. It will be able to "fix" any medical problem caused by nerve damage in the brain. Vision loss. Vocal issues. Dementia. In 5-10 years a human will be able to communicate with another without talking. Just don't get the hate for him. Are we better off with him running Twitter? As opposed to the Left that was using it to crush conservatives?

I wonder if this will be looked at as the next evolution of the human species?

That's honestly surprising. First of all the Biden admin has a hard on for Elon and secondly even if Musk weren't involved, the whole Neuralink project is sketchy AF.

Everything.
Brain activity to digital output. What can be controlled or transmitted digitally? Everything.
Make and watch movies in real time with your mind.
Or slap your you little raspberry pi with software jailbreak and neuralink receiver on your nearest F-14 and control it with your mind

Huge step for Neuralink as the FDA rejected their previous efforts to begin human trials due to:

quote:

The agency’s major safety concerns involved the device’s lithium battery; the potential for the implant’s tiny wires to migrate to other areas of the brain; and questions over whether and how the device can be removed without damaging brain tissue

I guess they cleared this hurdle somehow
