Exactly what I was wondering.

So he’s in a position to request them and get it approved……but zero background checks or security clearances?

I would assume he was requesting gifts for informants/relations & just keeping them. CIA will give people whatever the hell they want for info.

Me too. Apparently we just need to get a job at the CIA and our requests will be rubber-stamped for approval.

Sending my application in first thing Monday morning. I don't even need anywhere close to $40 mil.
