The Feds can absolutely be called in if they suspect the local police department is too corrupt to continue the investigation or is involved in a potential cover up. They did it here in Kentucky in Bardstown with the Crystal Rogers case after a Kentucky State Trooper was murdered around the same time.

Read up on that and the other crimes there in recent memory. Very strange place.

And he cleaned up his act....also means that you believe someone who served in Law Enforcement for 30 years.... suddenly becomes a cold blooded murdering racist. How he hid his true tendencies w/o multiple murders for 30 years, We may never know!

Someone who served in law enforcement for 30 years that is shown on video standing on the back of a truck armed in the middle of the road waiting for an unarmed individual.

Who the frick knows what other heinous acts he’s performed that were covered up because of the good ole boy network that were protecting him up from this up till a couple hours ago.

But you're right about 2nd DA...I hope he loses his job over it or at least resigns.

After reading his statements, the 3rd D.A., George Barnhill, seems like the biggest piece of shite out of 3 of the D.A.'s.

The big boys had to get involved since the local boys were just playing the "good old boy network" game.

What a shame. Gives law enforcement and justice a bad name. I don't think I'd have many friends as a DA. I'd arrest a lot of people.

most likely. But lets not act like if I was snooping around houses in an all black hood that i would live to tell about it.

You would tho. A white dude sniffing around vacant houses in a black neighborhood is assumed to be a police officer.

No I didn’t you retard and if the victim was white I still wouldn’t have heard of it. How is this hard for you to understand?

Why shouldn’t it be a story? A human being was jogging down the road and was tracked down by people in a vehicle and murdered. For fricks sake.

It's the size of the story and becoming about national race relations instead of a possible crooked DA protecting a former employee. Too many Black people along with the media elites care more about black lives taken when the person who takes it is white than when by a black person (unless it's a white abortionist).

Both also ignore the hate and racist speech by blacks and the violence against and murder of whites because of this hate including the wanting to believe in those cases race was not really an issue, that the victim did or said something racist therefore had it coming or that perpetrator was also a victim of society.

Laughable. It's easier for kids today to believe that a felon is innocent and a longtime public servant is a devil. If that's the mindset there's just nothing left to say. A conspiracy theory of Good old boys covering up murders for years is more plausible than someone guilty of committing multiple crimes was simply committing another.

Just for my own edification, Which one of you in your mid-twenties would try to start a fist fight with a 60-year-old guy with a gun, instead of having some dialogue?

Yall are letting Walt and Gaucho troll the frick outta this thread.
It's hard to ignore them in serious threads but we gotta make an effort.
Greg and Travis McMichael are idiots who murdered an innocent young man for jogging. Nothing more.
Travis better get life and his daddy get 20 yrs. The good white men out here are tired of this bullshite.
And if this dude doesn't look like the kinda guy who'd do this, I don't know what to tell ya. Travis is the stereotype, no different than a hoodie on a black teen.

My bad, he is the 2nd D.A. The third D.A. was currently working the case before GBI came into the picture.

Guy is in gym shorts and black tennis shoes. They may be curt style , which is a bit longer but he is def in exercise gear.

I don’t see how you see that. But wouldn’t there be an autopsy report on what he was wearing?

I also saw someone said the guy in the bed should serve 20...why? He didn’t do anything.

Obviously the shooter is in some shite, but what did the other guy do?

Accessory to 2nd degree murder?

If we are driving in a single car, both armed, and you kill someone on video with your weapon...you don't think I'd be in some shite too?

If he committed a crime that day it doesn’t give two citizens the right to go grab their guns and hunt him throughout their neighborhood till they corner him in the middle of the fricking road & point their guns at him long enough for something really really bad to happen. It doesn’t help your narrative that this occurred over two months ago and nothing has come out that shows the deceased did anything that day. Their own 911 calls basically just accuse him of being suspicious (black) in their neighborhood

I don’t have the slightest idea what I’d do if two armed men chased me down. Not really a situation for calm acts & analysis

You realize accessory can be charged with the underlying offense?

Aggravated assault with a firearm for him directly I’d imagine
