Yeah, quinoa is tasteless. It will taste whatever you flavor it with. Some people don't like the texture when they straight boil it. An easy solution is to roast them in a pan on medium heat for a few seconds and then boil them in water and a little bit of broth of your choosing. It comes out crunchier and tastes really good.
