Met John McEnroe and Yannick Noah after an exhibition match one time. Met Slash backstage after a concert in Bham (Slash's Snakepit days), his lead singer Eric Dover used to be my neighbor. Drank whiskey and listened to a bunch of great stories with Ted Williams in 1986. He was on a personal guided turkey hunt with Ben Rogers Lee at an International Paper preserve in Portland, Al.

About 75% of all student athletes at LSU from 2009-2013.

Met Archie Manning on a flight from Little Rock last year. Outside of that, no one else.

Worked at Lakefront airport in nola back in early to late 90's. Lots of bands had their charter aircraft at our FBO when they were touring. Met Sting, Def Leppard,Motley Crue and Metallica. The one armed drummer for def leppard was cool he was walking in the hangar and saw me standing at my tool box which had a Ramones sticker on it and he came over and started talking about music and stuff. Asked me about my job etc. Really down to earth guy.

My sister in law was sleeping with Tyrann Mathieu while he was at LSU.

Mathew McConaughey was swimming in my grandmother's pool in Zachary once. He was visiting family next door and just decided to go for a swim.

Bowled next to the entire starting LSU defense in 2011.

When I was a waiter in St. Louis over summer before starting college I waited on a bunch of celebrities. Bill Cosby, too many players from the Rams to mention. Marshall Faulk and Isaac Bruce stand out because they were phenomenal tippers.

Got drunk with Scott Hall, Kevin Nash, Hulk Hogan and a bunch of other wrestlers I cant remember at a hotel while at Sturgis. Karl Malone and Dennis Rodman were there as well.

There's others I'm sure I'm forgetting.

Mandy Moore in Aspen, CO several summers back. She was there with her hubby at the time and we truly had no idea who he was. Randomly shared an adjoining table at a coffeehouse in town and didn’t say anything but we knew who she was.

We stayed at Little Nell hotel and ran into them at the bar just before dinner. They recognized us from the coffee shop so we ended up chatting with them for a short while. She knew that we knew who she was so we didn’t play stupid.

Anyway, there was an excellent restaurant right there in the hotel (which is probably still there) and we ended up all having dinner together. A few bottles of wine and 2 hours later we got separate checks and called it a night. No hot FF action, sadly. No cell phone numbers exchanged. No pictures. Just strangers who had dinner at the hotel restaurant. Never saw them again after that night.

I thought it was really cool that she didn’t act like a millionaire celebrity with flashy clothes and throwing money around to pay for dinner and tipping big. They were both super down the Earth and had a great sense of humor. She wore jeans and very little makeup and yes, she’s extremely beautiful....and tall.

I’ve hunted with Major Dad

Shaq.....like a lot of other athletes at the time

Called Kiss trashy mother frickers in an elevator. Had no clue who they were until Gene glared at me. Ftr, they were disrespectful to decorated WWII veterans (grandfather was one).

Of course a lot of LSU related people.

When I was a kid I did a few commercials with Edwin Edwards who at the time (1983-4) had become governor yet again. He was larger than life for pretty much anyone in LA at the time. He was damn near a mob boss.

Justin Wilson back around that same time somewhere in Denham. Bill Wilkinson also one day National (store). I didn't actually meet Bill but saw him and was told by my dad who he was and to stay far away from him.

In the Navy I got to lead Dick Cheney around the ship when he was secdef. He was actually very down to earth. Neil Diamond also.

Later in life.... Charlie Daniels, Ted Cruze, Lee Greenwood, Jo Dee Messina, All of Casting Crowns, About all the cast from Walking Dead

That’s pretty cool. He lived/stayed in Zachary for a few months during the aftermath of Katrina. He even gave a shout out to the folks in Zachary while promoting his new movie at the time Two For The Money on the Jay Leno show....and said they were the nicest people he’s ever met.

Met Phil Anselmo of Pantera fame back when he was around 17 yrs. old. He was in the original version of Razor White with my best friend.

Also met Fred “The Hammer” Williamson (AFL star, blaxploitation and martial arts movie star) a few years ago. He was a guest of honor at a karate tournament we were at in Washington, D.C. Rode a shuttle to the airport with him and talked to him at the airport. He’s a stud. Dude is up there in age but just radiates charisma and personality. He interrogated me to make sure I really knew who he was. I rattled off a list of films he was in.
