I've met some people.

But as far as fame goes, in the overall world of it I think Paul McCartney is the most famous person I've ever met.

My grandfather worked on cars for Hollywood sets, and later in his career worked with horses on movie sets prior to his retirement. He introduced me to these people who were stars at the time he was working on tv show sets.

Erik Estrada

John Wayne

Redd Foxx

Lorne Greene

Michael Landon

Shared elevator with Rory McElroy. Seemed pretty chill, I was star struck and didn’t say much. Weird feeling having elevator stop and see Rory enter elevator. This was at ATL hotel when PGA was at Atlanta athletic club around 2011.

Well since you can't even spell his name right....

Met a few more, but this is my best. I was shithoused in Tunica and gambling. Got to a table and looked at the guy across from me. I said to him “You look just like Ron White.” He replied “That’s because I am Ron White you stupid frick!” We had a good laugh but he was about to leave to do his show. Few hours later he comes back to the blackjack table I was (moved around slightly) and we bullshitted, but an obnoxious redneck fan comes behind him harassing him to do some past stand up bits he had done for her. He flipped out gloriously on her Bad Santa style and made me almost piss my pants what he was saying. She left saying he was rude and then we carried on laughing about it.

I was a correctional officer at St.Martin Parish Correctional facility when he was housed there. He actually filed an inmate complaint against me for placing cuffs on him through the slot in his ISO cell.

Played 18 with Bill Cowher.

ETA: Really cool guy. Funny as hell. Glad he made it in football though because he can’t cut it on the golf course.

Sat for a few hours last year drinking tequila at Jimini in New Orleans with Gary Clark Jr. It was pretty awesome.
