Most famous was probably Mickey Mantle when I was 11 or so.. was told later he was probably super hungover but I spent a solid 30 minutes with him and talked baseball.. couldn’t have been nicer..

I met Chris Hanson once by surprise. It was a memorable night and one that I vowed to never repeat again.

Spent about an hour talking with Mike Ditka in Vegas airport waiting on our flights. Was really cool.. definitely enjoyed taking pics with females.

Deion Sanders

Michael Irvin

Emmit Smith

But most of all, I had the honor to meet about 15 living Medal of Honor winners at American Airlines Skyball honoring the military.. that was most impressive for me.

Ryan Phillippe. He was doing a movie in BR, shooting at my friend's property out by the Amite. We played a trick on him. My friend had shot a gator, so we cut off its head and put it in the freezer. Went Ryan arrived, we asked him to get another bag of ice from the freezer. He did, and jumped back about three feet.

He thought it was great, so he kept pulling the trick on all the cast/staff members as they arrived. Nice guy. very down to earth.

Forest Whitaker. Met him on Royal Street back in our weekend FQ apartment days. Small jazz festival at his kids' elementary school. Helped him put away some long tables after the show.

I put that for you as you're likely the only one here who knows who I'm talking about.
