That humiliation she suffered is a small price to pay for not being decapitated....

And as said...if you're 13 year old daughter is 205 lbs, you suck.

How? These fat fricks keep insisting on trying to ride rides they simply aren’t suited for. Tubby knew she was 205. All she had to do is refuse to get on the scale. Problem solved.

Her humiliation is self created.

As an aside:

A 200lb weight limit on a ride at an American amusement park seems like bad bidness. You're cutting out a third or more of your potential customers before you even open the gates.

ETA: The downvotes......you frickers know good and damn well an amusement park ride with a 200lb weight limit is a terrible fricking idea in this country. Half the people who come through those gates on a daily basis probably can't make weight for that ride. And then, you name it the Mississippi Monster....it is named after what very well may be the fattest state in the damn country.

Enabling idiot of a father... It's everybody's fault that his 13 years old, 205 lbs. daughter's feelings were hurt.

Yet, no parental responsibility for his daughter's morbid obesity.

Fatties should always be publicly shamed, I don't care how old they are.

child being that overweight is fricking child abuse but let's worry about her not being able to ride the ride

Child" has nothing to do with it. ANY female weighing over 200 is simply a fat arse. You should all be this vocal to your wives..
Cause I GUARANTEE you, her mom and dad are both fatasses

Any park I've been too that weighed for a ride had it so that the attendant was the only person that could see the number. Nothing embarrassing about it.

Perhapsthey could have put the scale at the bottom of the hill like they do for most rides with a height regulation.

So, she was so publicly humiliated in front of 20 people that her dad decided to publicly humiliate her in court, the news media, and on the internet forever. Great job, dad.

I remember when my coach said I couldn’t play until I put on at least 10lbs of muscle. I should have just had my parents hang up flyers since there was no social media back in the day.

Generally not being able to ride because of being a complete fat arse, is not listed, especially on a kids ride. If there's a 200 pound limit, I would think it is not an adult ride. Most rides are rated for much more than the intended user and a grown man over 200 is very common, without even being overweight.

I have a 13 year old daughter, and I'm certain she's less than 100lbs.

One of the complaints according to the Facebook thread was that the scale was at the top of the stairs and not the bottom. But a few flights of stairs may have been something she needed.
