Is it a nursing home or assisted living? I have a grandmother in assisted living and she is loving it. My mom worked in a nursing home and those people seemed miserable.

Timing of Creatine Question

Does it matter if you drink your dose of creatine all at once or is it the same if you drink it over time? For example, if I put the dose in my water bottle when I leave for work and don't finish it until lunch.
Yeah they were everywhere when I cut the grass on Saturday but haven't seen them since.
