So what's the point of this letter?
Posted on 7/6/16 at 2:14 pm to Sneaky__Sally
Nothing like a college president pouring a drum full of kerosene on a fire.

I wonder what the board thinks of him. I mean, he has just been all around bad

Can they give the AD the boot with him? Maybe save money on their plane tickets out of LA on a two for one deal?

Same old response and it will continue until people stop seeing only what they want to see.

Help me out, someone. What did he say that was so wrong or bad exactly?

you guys obviously don't like it, but LSU really had to tackle this thing head on, or else they'd be labeled as just sitting around and not being proactive about it.
I don't know the correct way to handle this from a university perspective, but they really did have to be proactive in this case.

how is LSU involved in this?

So let them destroy campus property and disrupt overall operations then be forced to deal with expulsion proceedings is an easier and better decision than sending an email.
This. The proper response is NOT to wait until damage has been done and then punish the offenders. Then everyone loses. The best way to handle things is to proactively work to prevent them so that they never happen in the first place and no kind of retaliatory action needs to be taken.

No, you ask them to walk across campus with you, and the instant you're outside, you Kiffin their asses and leave them standing on the spot where you fired them with no more contact or use of university assets.
Let them find their own fricking way out of the state.

What's funny is that he would have been counted as a non-violent offender locked up in prison by advocacy groups and many posters on here.

Think of it like the guy standing around with 20 other people watching a fight. Then, that guy takes it upon himself to intervene right before it gets out of control. Is that guy involved in the fight now? Whose fault is it if he gets jacked in the head?
He certainly would've been fine sitting on the sidelines, but now he's in it

LSU is hosting a sign making event at the African American center. They are taking a stand so it doesn't end up looking like Mizzou.
