I trust epidemiologists more than backseat drivers on the OT.

Get your shot or whatever, I don't give a shite at this point. Do you. Just as long as shite opens up again.

The most likely scenario has always been that it eventually becomes just another seasonal respiratory virus (yes like the flu and others) that we just deal with, either with vaccines or treatments.

Right. There are some nasty arse “common colds” out there that can do a number on a nursing home wing if they get spread around. To the rest of us it’s a cold.

Was never realistically possible since 20%+ of the population is under 18. Hitting 75% was impossible all along

If you live in a blue city or state, you better settle with the fact mask mandates and other assinine responses aren't going anywhere. Ever.

So grateful to these experts that have saved our country from oblivion. The shut down of America is a huge success and no adverse effects upon our daily lives.

Thank you experts, you’re the best.

I am not a smart man but did anyone with an IQ above 60 not already realize this?

Look, if CNN, MSNBC, and Twitter don't agree on it, I don't trust it.

Isn't that what herd immunity does?

That's probably cost us between 10 and 20 Trillion so far. Well done.

So variants that change and render the "vaccine" useless (like the flu) and not getting the vaccine that is useless against the variant will somehow stop herd immunity which is created when a certain percent of the population gets a disease and survives - thus creating a certain standard of immunity against that disease.

How can they actually speak and not hear themselves?

I truly don't understand why we can't open back up fully.

I am vaccinated so I feel I am safe. If you choose to not get vaccinated, then why does that affect me? You are taking the risk of getting sick while I took the risk of the vaccine.

And there are still people out there, if I can call them that, who want us to stay shutdown. It's lunacy.
