When no cause of death is given, I immediately think either suicide or heroin OD. Not trying to be smarmy or funny...my mind just goes there :(

Sadly, probably true. Possibly was taking different medications for the sinus infection, and ingested something with Fent.
Sorry, not sorry, but there is a drug epidemic in this country that is either ignored by this Administration or laughed off by the general public.
Her death very well could be a result of this.

I knew a guy in his 30s who dropped dead at the gym, another who died in his 40s while sitting in a chair, and another in his 50s who collapsed and died while walking across his living room. All looked to be fit and had no known health problems, but they just dropped dead.
These deaths were all between the 1990s and about 2010. Those guys must have somehow gotten their hands on an early version of the covid vaccine or fentanyl. There is no other explanation.
