On January 30, 2020 the WHO urged countries not to restrict travel or trade to China. They went so far as to commend China for their handling of events.
Here's the press release.

There is something else going on here, I’ve been trying to do some digging to figure it out but can’t. This “social distancing” concept is absolutely disgusting, I think it’s some kind of capitalistic venture (mega companies, apple, Amazon etc.) using the gov to create separation in society to rely more on tech.
I don’t believe that actually but I’ve been throwing shite at a wall to see what I can put together in my mind, nothing to watch on TV anyway.

You absolutely cannot compare H1N1 to Covid at this time or in early growth. H1n1 numbers are in hindsight and with all research used, Covid numbers are completely unreliable right now. MANY people have been sick in the states with a virus the last couple months tha likely comes out to be Covid. It’s likely millions of Americans already had Covid and the rates drop drastically once it’s analyzed in years to come.

WHO had test to give to us in January. Trump did not accept them. It was around the same time he was trying to pay the German doctor to create a cure for US only. We could have been testing people months ago. This could have somewhat been avoided and not spun out of control like it has.
