These fricks are empowered to make these stupid decisions because for the last 30 years, people will vote for them no matter what just because they’re not the other side.
Yup, MAGA has become a hive mind the way dems are. If you think for yourself and disagree with the hive on something you're stomped on.

So whom was Iran attacking or threatening to attack after having their nuclear program obliterated last June....other than their own people?

Gas prices in Dallas are below $4. In fact, they’re less than a week ago. This is fake news but is anyone really surprised?
Gas prices in my area (near Birmingham) were about $3.97 last week, today they’re in the $4.15 to $4.19 range.

It always surprises me how posters don't understand how averages work.

Amazing the number of dumbasses that don't understand average versus mean.

The article isn’t saying every single gas station in the country is over $4. It’s saying the state average is over $4 in every state. Three Shell stations near where I’m at in Houston currently: $4.60 (that one is always high); $4.06; and $4.20.
AAA website this morning showing average in TX is $4.09. The lowest average is MS at $4.017/gallon for Regular.

Trump gets an A+ for border protection. Had Kamala been elected, the borders would be wide open, and Iran would have a nuke. So there's that.
The fact that Trump won 3 straight times against 3 different Democrat opponents proves how weak those Democrat nominees are. Yet somehow their 2028 candidate possibilities are even weaker.

How temporary? Initially, it was four to six weeks. It’s been twelve.
Even if it ended today, how long would the adverse economic effects last?

What did you do when Biden was president? Prices were just as high, even higher.

Two weeks
Trump's administration said that is how long the lock downs would last during covid and he wasn't wrong then.

What was causing those high prices at that time? And is this really where you want to go, “Trump, just like Biden”?

Nobody. It was the fact that they were continuing to try to acquire nuclear weapons afterwards. i'd much rather have us handle a smaller problem now, than to have my kids and grandkids having to deal with a much larger problem in the future.

Trump’s decision with Iran caused this.
Was an idiotic choice.
Yes. The world would be a much better and safer place if Iran had nuclear weapons. You are the idiot.
eta: 17 posters would prefer Iran to have nukes? Go figure.

Just filled up for $4.22 per gallon in South Dakota. This is the highest I can ever remember it being in this state.
The longer this goes on, Trump is going to be in trouble. People are getting tired of high prices, high gas prices, crappy job market, pretty much everything economically for Main Street and middle class folk sucks.

shite was WAY worse under Biden than it is under Trump, I know that much. You act like things were good under Biden and now that Trump has taken over things have gone downhill. Not true.
And don't even get me started on Obama

You’re the one who brought up Biden, not me. And let’s be honest, the horrible inflation under Biden was jump started by Trump’s COVID spending during his first term. Biden then poured gasoline on the fire. But again, why are you discussing Biden?
Posted on 5/21/26 at 8:59 am to Mo Jeaux
Because like I said, you're acting like things were good under Biden and then took a turn for the worse when Trump took over, which is a false narrative.
Just reported:
if they're not interested in nuclear weapon development, then why are they so adamant that they're not going to give it up?
