Ever Get a Phone Call From Yourself?

My phone rang 3 times today and the caller ID was my number. This ever happen to you Baws?

This was two or three weekends ago. I kept getting a call, from my number, on my landline. It would rings 3 or 4 times an hour and right before the LSU game I decided to answer.. This recording telling me something about how they have found that windows, on my computer, has a virus and that to get it fixed pressed 1..
I have IOS.. I pressed one. This Indian woman (dot) answers and I let her tell me all about why I need to respond ASAP to my windows problem.. And I said "Well.. I have IOS so BOOM! Take my number of your fricking list".. And never got a call from my number again.

Not out of the blue, but in the past I've had something weird happen where I go to call someone but hang up immediately after dialing, but then I'd get a call from myself and when I answer, it's ringing the person I dialed.

Had it happen once a few years ago.
Stupid foreign scammers...if I wanted to talk to myself, I wouldn't call on the phone...I'd write a letter.

I've had that one too.
And that is part of why I turned down a very high paying contract with phone company after I had done one contract with them. The contract would have been in an assembler of a high speed computer that never had a large population and had maybe this one only plus universities.

Yep. For some reason the IRS apparently uses it to trick me into thinking they're calling.
