First concert in the Centroplex. Think I still have the bootleg t-shirt that I bought from the clowns outside that mispelled Biloxy.

I hope he got right with Michael Anthony before today.

I'll be interested in what Hagar and DLR have to say.

I remember when Motley Crue came to Shreveport on their Girls, Girls, Girls tour in 1987. All the parents of teenagers were freaking out about it, especially the ones with daughters. I was nine at the time and my oldest sister was 17. She snuck out of the house to go to the concert. Her arse was grounded the rest of the summer for it.

I caught an EVH guitar pick at an OU812 concert that was my most prized possession from age 14 to probably 23.

RIP the GOAT!

Eddie was a fixture at the Square in Shreveport in the early days. Never knew when he would show up at one of the clubs and Jam.

Me too. Michael Anthony was the bass player I emulated. I sat in my bedroom for hours learning all the Van Halen songs from 6-8 grade. I gave up on Van Halen when they ran off Michael.
