I have a Valluzzo (not Chris) on my speed dial. Let me tell you how it works with them. If you have a problem they take care of it. So something about this doesn't make sense to me.
This is true. Once I called to complain about service at a BR area McDonalds. I just wanted to tell them about the poor service that evening, which was very uncharacteristic of Valluzza stores. I didn't even leave my phone number... but they used their caller ID to call me back to apologize and offer some free meals.
They're the most service oriented "restaurants" that I know of.

Wow. Cop?
1. The food worker offended a government worker and im sure you're concerned about that worker's freedom of speech.
2. Why would anyone have freedom to use their job as a platform to say anything they want without fear of getting fired?
You don't see the irony in what you said?

The 8th grade teacher that teaches your child goes on Facebook or twitter or a blog and tells everyone how disrespectful they are in class. The teacher recounts a particular behavioral event that you know is linked to your child but your child's name is not revealed.
Do you think the teacher's 1st amendment rights are limited in this case? Or do you think their rights would have been limited had your child's name been revealed?
Points is, it really doesn't matter how you dice it because Public employees have a limit on their 1st amendment rights. As a public employee you are held to a higher standard because your service shouldn't be viewed partial or undermining your professionalism.

Why would he go back to the same McDonald's? And who the hell eats that crap three times a week?

I updated the OP with what the officer originally posted about the incident.

To make this shorter , McDonalds has sided with the BLACK LIVES MATTER movement that is killing law eforcement all over this country. Be safe my brothers and sisters in law enforcement. Sincerely, Tracy Baker
And this cop is unable to see why those comments are controversial?

Any law enforcement types help me with this one here.
Is there a new police policy where you post an incident on the internet for your safety? Is this part of the training manual or something?

m unless it was a small podunk "village" type of situation like Pine Prairie and their GD speed trap where the deputy is the Chief's son and his wife answers the phone. Yes I am mad about my GD $300 speeding ticket.
How can you speed through pine prairie? That's a guaranteed ticket 99% of the time

I wasn't paying attention on the way back from Turkey Creek and he caught me as soon as the speed changed. They don't even care about putting it on my record he said as long as I pay before the court date. He told me to call his wife who takes the payments and it wouldn't go on my record. It's a huge money grab is all.

The cop isn't a felon. So, his first amendment rights were protected. He's a dumbass for taking it to facebook and the first amendment doesn't protect you from losing a job.

That's exactly what is it. If you go back that way watch turkey creek cause they are just as bad

Yea I know which towns are and usually try to pay attention. Reeves, Hathaway, Elton, and Fenton are the same so I always watch them when I take those routes to Jennings or wherever. He was just waiting at the speed change sign and I was plugging my next stop in Eunice into my GPS not paying attention.
Why do Turkey Creek houses have Ville Platte addresses? I have two properties up there I manage and each one has a VP addy.

Not that I believe it happened as stated but I've never been a big fan of public employees being fired for expressing views.. Can't imagine this being his only infraction if he was truly canned for this
ETA.. I also doubt that any Valluzzo would apply pressure to shut him up

I don't know the exact time it happened, but McDonald's is Wal-Mart.
Zero customer service, rude employees, terrible food.
The lesson here is: Avod McDonald's.

My instinct is to think he's full of shite
Channel 9 interviewed him tonight on the news. After seeing him I have to agree with your estimation. He's creepy as hell and I wouldn't trust him as far as I could throw him. Gauteaux was probably glad for an excuse to get rid of him.

I don't see in his original post where he said anything about it being an African American woman.
