remember the deputy posting about this on the Central Raves and Rants Facebook group

I used to follow that group on FB and I remember him posting that. Reading Central City Rants and Raves made my eyes bleed. If I remember correctly, that same officer used to bitch and complain all the time about different things. It was a shite show.

The dude was all over Facebook trying to get this kid fired for offending him. He was trying to hurt a business that is owned by a very powerful man in local politics, and he was trying to get other cops to go there and intimidate the kid.

You forgot to add he runs a shitty business. I've heard things just as bad as his claims and have put food in the garbage also.

Well, that's obviously much more than being the local McD's owner in sleepy Central, which is how I took it originally. Sounds like he's the Roayle with Cheese King of SELA, if that's all from his fast food stores.

Yea. More recent article about the franchisor and the split.
They are not small fries(pun ). I also don't get the gripe about their family as managers. for decades, they've run one of the most respected and reputable McD's franchises in the world. The state of the entitled lazy teenage employee is a problem across all those jobs from Walmart to even Chick-Fil-A.

Which will happen first?
1. Buttbook will be replaced by something better.
2. Stupid people will learn what they should not be putting on it.

Clue: You can't fix stupid.

And our PC society empowers them even more. Respect and common decency towards others are not being taught to many kids these days.

McDonald’s franchise owner seeks injunction against former East Baton Rouge deputy over Facebook posts
quote:

The owner of a McDonald’s restaurant in Central is seeking a permanent injunction against a former East Baton Rouge sheriff’s deputy who’s contended on Facebook that an employee muttered profanities under her breath after the deputy complained about slow service.

quote:

an investigation into Baker’s complaints found “no evidence whatsoever to support his allegations” and that videotape from inside the restaurant “confirms that Baker’s inflammatory allegations are simply untrue.”

This is not the McDonald's officer in Central. What's up with Baton Rouge area police officers?

Board upholds firing of Baton Rouge police officer, conduct described as ‘harassing’ and ‘controlling’
quote:

A Baton Rouge police officer fired in April after fraudulently calling the cops on his ex-girlfriend —
quote:

He dialed the police station about a fictitious fight outside the residence, prompting officers to show up at the house with flashlights and with blue lights on their cars

quote:

He’d called police on his ex-girlfriend in the hopes it would reveal the identity of her visitor
