They are bullshite but too many in this country think laws they don’t like don’t need to be followed.

Perhaps you are right. But the traffic stop on the side of the road is not the place to make that stand. There are legal and administrative avenues to address grievances. But arguing or refusing to comply in the heat of the moment is peak stupidity.

while i agree that window tint restriction is fricking stupid....its not the cops fault, they didnt write nor pass the law.

he doesnt get to choose what laws he likes to enforce.

I'm old enough to remember when the dickhead Harahan cops would pull you over for illegal tint, and make you peel it off on the side of the road before they let you go.

No, but they practically invited her. I thought the first two officers seemed to be handling it fine and then their supervisor suddenly decided everyone was going to jail.

If she was at home making a sandwich she wouldn’t have been arrested. Real talk.

We have a society full of people most of which never matured beyond 13 years old.

And we're expected to operate on their level.

Yeah, I’ve been operating around 16-17 years old for 20 years now.

I watched that entire video.
Multiple bad choices by both parties but damn, you gotta have shite for brains to end up in handcuffs over the issue of window tint.

We don’t police enough. And because we haven’t policed enough, criminals and miscreants keep moving the goalposts towards anarchy. This is where FAFO comes into play, either from LE or your average law-abiding citizen.

Whether it’s the low IQs chimping out in a fast food restaurant (or anywhere), the Boomer generation’s lack of self-awareness, or the middle-aged woman thinking “never hit a woman” still applies to them…the limits are constantly being tested and when something like what occurred in Minnesota (again) happens, the collective of those mentioned can’t understand the cause and effect.

It’s simple: remove all politics from who you want to be as a human being. Be honorable, have morals, protect the weak and innocent, but more importantly…unless you’re prepared to arm yourself in opposition to whatever you perceive as tyranny, please comply with the instructions of those who are armed. Like the saying goes — don’t bring a knife to a gun fight.

I feel sorry for that lady and her family. When the person holding the gun tells you to “get out of the car, get down on the ground, put down the weapon, etc etc”, every second you don’t comply increases the odds you will be shot and exponentially if you do the opposite of what the gun bearer told you to do.

Be smart, be safe or you’ll have a VIP table for the Darwin Awards.

Ok, what is ratio of detectives to patrol?

One makes money, one struggles to solve slam dunk cases.

Seriously, look at the ratio in any police department
