One of the greatest musicians of all-time just passed away and the majority of the posts about her are focused on how much she gave.
I think that speaks volumes on the type of person she was.

My wife and her family were big fans of Dolly. She always wanted to go to Dollywood for years and we finally took our kids there this summer. This one hits hard.

We need more Dollys in this world. I don’t usually think of it much when a celebrity passes, but this one stings and makes my heart hurt. Thanks for sharing that.

She did some rock collaborations outside of that Rockstar record. This debuted at number four on Billboard.
She is hitting those lyrics better than Vince.
Not like that is hard though
Man this one hurts

Been heartbroken all day from the news
Took my family to Dollywood this past spring…
I know it’s been an echo chamber in the news, but Dolly just had it and is absolutely irreplaceable
A sad day for America and the world

Rest now, sister. We have the watch. And I will see you in Valhalla.

Dolly is an American legend. I always thought that if she ever needed a new job she would have been a great comedian, but its a sad day indeed.

The Vince Neil vocals are from the original recording. There's no need to talk crap about Vince here.

The whole country is flying flags at half staff for a week. As ordered by the President.

It just dawned on me that Dolly has always been the OT10 but we are bunch of degenerates blinded by modernity.

There might be youngsters on here who haven't seen and heard her in Best Little Whorehouse in Texas.
We were surprised that she was the one singing hard candy Christmas (In stage shows it's usually sung by the back up lead lady singer), but what her voice did with that song explained full stop why that decision was made.

When she was filming Steel Magnolias in Natchitoches she sang at halftime of an NSU football game.
