I agree with this 100%. It might second guess these people who buy them and can't contain them.

Exactly. They just snap for no reason.

Nope. Pits aren’t aggressive by nature. They must be provoked

People are starting to default to "they" for a single person. I hate it.

I have used "they" in the past to refer to a truly hypothetical or unknown person, but I am working to break even that habit.

That's how you win a culture war: you don't respond to "partial birth abortion" with an attempt to reach consensus on reasonable restrictions. You respond by talking about banning IVF.

Seeing a child or grandma unattended is enough provocation for them

About 10 years ago, my youngest at the time was having trouble breathing so we took her to the ER. We were in triage waiting for a room when a four year old kid came in with a huge gash on his face. The dad said their dog bit him. The doctor asked him what type of dog and the dude legit said "Yeah man, I don't want to get into all that...he was pulling on the dogs ears and aggravating him".

My wife had overheard the moms name so she looked them up on Facebook...yep, you guessed it. They had FOUR Pit Bulls. The kid had to go into emergency surgery and we got bumped for our room. The dad kept blaming his son...a four year old kid...for the dog attacking him.

Is this sarcasm? People are starting to? My dude, this is just basic grammar rules that have been around since we started speaking modern English. Are you going to start using 'it' instead?

A lot of pibble owners take on the ownership as a badge of honor and think that their fur baby can do no wrong.

What I assume he is referring to is a real thing, an actual effort to get everyone to call everyone else "they".

Not sure that is what happened in this article, though.

Well they seem to have a hair trigger when it comes to what constitutes provocation.

In the article written….

“They” =. child and father.

Child was killed and father was bitten. That’s all we know at this point. And…. the dog was put down at the scene.

I remember a little girl from Houma got killed by their Pit Bull. The mom and the boyfriend refused to cooperate with authorities. You just lost your own flesh and blood but you're going to continue to support the breed.

They also can't wait for it to get loose, get in someone else's yard, and get killed so they have something to start some shite over.
