That's what I'm saying. The left hand would have held the gun if it were suicide, but it's in the right hand. Add to that the cigarette would never be in the hand of a person that got shot either by themselves OR by someone else. Cig had to be planted...

Murder. Judging by her height, the height of the blood splatter, and the lack of any visible wound or blood pooling she was either shot at a downward angle though the head and this immediately taken or her body was moved from its original site.
If you say the blood splatter is consistent with her sitting there are two problems 1: the wall is far enough away that a tight splatter like that wouldn't happen, second the gun is in her right hand and judging by the way she fell she was most likely seated facing the window in which case she would've had a hell of a time shooting herself in the left side of her head with her right hand.

You are assuming she was facing the mirror. It appears she had her back to the mirror though since the small of her back and arse are facing it.

As you stated IF it had exited perpendicular you would have a similar splatter of blood on both sides of the blood area. However the "splatter" is on one side and not the other.

The first thing I noticed is her cigarette is in her left hand so I assume she is left handed. I also notice the pen is to the left of the paper, so again that points to her being left handed. Therefore I vote murder.
