I did for the first time this year at the beach. After the second day I was sunburnt AF and my girlfriend bought me a long sleeve shirt with SPF 50 protection. It worked well and I'm glad I wore it.

I wear one of those light weight sun shirts I have for fishing. I am old enough to not want to deal with sunburns, it's the only sure fire way to stay sunburn free. Honestly, wearing the right quick dry shirt is cooler than no shirt at all. The sun in Louisiana can be brutal directly on your skin.

Almost always wear a fishing shirt to the beach at this point to protect against the sun. I'm also almost always fishing, so maybe a correlation there
Why am I not surprised that a vols fan wears pfg shirts while on the beach and in the water….im sure you have some pressed for sundays too

I love my swimming shirts that have built in SPF

Not when swimming but I dry off and put that bitch right back on for the sun and bugs.
I don’t like a wet shirt that sticks to you.

Since I always have a farmers tan I wear a shirt or jersey when swimming.

Last few years, yep. After melanoma and basal cell removals, I wear a shirt.
Fair skin, blonde, green eyes. Grew up on the beach, worked outside, played sports, and I fly. Pretty much worse case and now I see the dermatologist every 3-6 months depending on what they find.
Now, a quick dip in the water to pee- I'm skinning off the shirt. But the rest of the time, shirt.

Of course not…I’m not a child
Plus I want to give the moms something to look at whole their fat husbands wallow around under the umbrella.
