Do you throw fruit peels out of your vehicle window?

I had about a 1" piece of banana peel that had broken off sitting in my truck. Threw it out at a stop light and then looked ahead for a few seconds, daydreaming. I felt someone looking at me from the side, and when I turned it was a sheriff giving me a thumbs down. He didn't look angry, just disappointed. Very similar to this guy...

I guess I'm thankful he wasn't in a bad mood because according to tGoogle machine some places can give you a ticket for it.

I like to throw banana peels out on the highway and watch for cars in the rear view mirror spinning out of control.

Always disappointed when it doesn't happen.

I mean it is littering in a lot of places and against the law.

Why do you have to throw it on the side of the road? Cant take it home and compost it or throw it in your own trash? It takes a while for stuff like a banana peel to break down, so its not like it instantly goes away just because it is fruit.

Stop being lazy

You were not aware that you can get a ticket/fine for littering?

Are you like 10 years old?

Of course. It's biodegradable. I see no problem with it.

McDonald's bag or a dirty diaper, not so much. (as seen at my local walmart recently)

I got a ticket for throwing a piece of breakfast sausage out my window on the grass by some crows. By the time he wrote the ticket, the sausage was gone.

I still haven't perfected the hook shot to get it to land in the bed of my truck while driving 50 mph. Next truck will have the back glass that opens.

Bananas compost quickly and the animals enjoy any food left in it. Why would you not throw it on side of a country road?

I once had my windshield hit by a rib bone that some a-hole tossed out of his window. It really pissed me off for some reason. For like thirty seconds I could have killed him.

I don’t think I’ve ever thrown a satsuma peel away in a trash can now that I think of it
