I would focus on compound body weight movements.
Lots of crawl push ups. Crab walks. Jumping lunges. Hindu squats. Burpees. Etc. If you have access to a pull up bar even better.
A set of gymnastics rings or trx bands are pretty low profile and open up a lot of options as well.

Just have to grit your teeth and get through it.
Don't keep any sugar type things in the house.
Get some xylitol gum to chew on after meals.
Have a little cheat treat maybe once a week.

I think exercising in the morning helps a lot. On the weekends when i don’t wake up and exercise I am usually dragging.

I’d go with two smaller ones and run them in parallel. Yes it will be a bigger pain to refuel etc but they will be easier to move around and you will also have one available if the other one craps the bed. As others have said non ethanol fuel if possible and run them dry if they will be stored for a while. They are pretty easy to work on so may not be a bad idea to take some sea foam and welding tip cleaners with you in case the carb gets gunked up.
Any vintage 4banger Tacoma with access cab. Just make sure he knows if his buddies ride in the back that they don’t act like assholes

As others have said tough to beat walkers for the money. They are also the worlds best noise canceling headphones if you run an aux cable through them!
I’ve used one before and didn’t see the benefit. I don’t recall the make.
Ive dry fired thousand of times focusing on the three things I mentioned earlier. They work. Especially becoming competent at drawing from concealment.
Whichever way you choose, good luck :dude:

Honestly prob be better off just practicing dry firing and using that money to buy ammo. Focus on your draw, sight picture, and trigger press for dry fire.

Just use a pressure washer and it will remove most things. Prob will have to clean more often though.

People who use AI also use match light charcoal
Honestly if you or someone you are helping has been stabbed or shot it’s probably best case to put them in a vehicle and drive to the hospital as fast as possible. Can always tell EMS where you are for a transfer if needed. But start heading in the right direction if possible.

Look at second gen RAV4s or the older Toyota Venzas.

What’s the square foot of your garage? If you didn’t want to go the mini split route there are quite a few inverter window units now. Mini split will probably be best option though.
