Work is trading time for money.

If they give PTO only a fool would not take it.

If your job is getting railed in gay porn, would you take your PTO or just lube up for the next fisting?

Most work is roughly equivalent to being fricked without getting kissed. The money varies, but most people require a payment for their time.

Great for you! However Money isn't everything. I would love to have that extra time that I could have taken off but didn't to spend more time with my kids when they were younger. Take my wife on more vacations, or just to recharge and enjoy life instead of slaving away. Good luck with that

I do not think one bit about how much vacation I have, take, want, etc...

I work my butt off. I take a day or two if I need it. If I go on vacation I keep my phone on. I am at a place I can proud of but I also have goals.

Think about where you are and where you want to go and set an example for your kids. All these ballers talking about how they WFH on here and then talk about micromanaging vacation days. Gimme a break.

PTO balance

I had to look this up, but now that I have, use it, you earned it. It was part of the whole work deal you accepted.

If you're maxed out, you are not accruing . You are just giving it back to the man. Big dummy.

Guy at my office took today off because his PTO balance is about to reach the cap. My PTO balance stays at the cap because I show up to work.

That’s shite women do. What’s he going to do, sit at home, eat bon bons, and watch General Hospital?

When my company switched to a use it or lose it policy, I definitely made a point to use it.

Damn right. But, until then, I’ll just let the 3500hrs I’ve squirreled away continue to grow.

Keep thinking like that. You will be dead before you are 50.

Real alphas manipulate their team and company into thinking they work so hard they need PTO and make them desperate for answers when you’re gone.

Only replaceable, non-critical betas worry about taking PTO.

What’s up with you bashing boomers. I’m a boomer and was also CEO of my company for 20 years. I put in place very generous PTO policies and would often call in employees to ask why they were not using their time off and required that they do so. As a boomer and CEO I recognized that employees were more productive when they came back from time off and told them it was important for them to spend time with their families.

it very much was - I was the only person that could or would do my job, and I traveled 2 weeks of every month, so time off was tough.

Your his boss acting like this and running to post on an anonymous forum.

fig move and I bet people that work for you do not respect you at all.

More than likely you create a terrible work environment and a dick to work for that doesn’t get peoples best efforts because they despise you.
