it doesn't matter if he did that or if he decided to wake up and stare at the walls in his house for 8+ hours... he still had a better Friday than you

Not taking PTO actually negatively affects P&L so you are hurting the balance sheet by not taking it.

IDGAF if it "affects his work". It's part of your compensation package, they give it to you to use it. It is managements job to cover your time off that they gave you!
That’s not how it works. You want to take time off even though you have a deadline that you will miss? Good luck keeping your job and arguing “but muh compensation package” when you are shown the door. Nobody will keep a person like that employed.

I respect people who don't get cucked by shareholders.

My PTO is part of my compensation package. Sitting at the cap and losing the accrual is like giving up 6 hours a week of pay for me. I already work 50 hours a week on salary so frick that shite.

I read about half the first page. I don't need to read anymore because I know the rest of the thread is this clown arguing with everybody about everything.
My only hope is that his 750 dv's
clues him in just a little.
But I doubt it.

The corporation will give zero fricks about axing you and everybody else who kept their PTO maxed if it squeezes another .01% profit margin, or if they can H1B1 some foreign nationals that will do your job for half of your salary.

I worked for 15 years at my job, and would lose 2+ weeks of PTO every year for not using it - I just hit 50, and ill be damned if I don't use it now. in fact I took today off because I wanted to - and I don't give a shite what your opinion of that is.

You wasted at least 30 weeks off... that is sad.
