I think at Shakey's Pizza on Veterans; we got a cold pitcher and pizza. I was 16 or 17-don't remember or care.

Not sure, because my grandparents used to give me sips of it as a kid. I did sneak a Miller Pony when I was 8. I supppose that might count.

Shea Stadium upper deck, vendor yelling "Beer Here". We gave it a shot, raised my hand. We struggled to get the money together. Remember those old paper cups that said Big Beer with the thin wax film around them...

LOL

My first "beer" was 18, with my parents in Ireland. My dad offered me some of his Guiness.

I didn't drink another beer for 15 or so years. That is NOT the way to get started into drinking beer. :)

I'm right with you on the Tom Sawyer/Huckfinn boat. I grew up on the Vermillion river so my cousin and I would often times try building rafts out of trees we chopped down. None of them every worked of course

First beer was after a failed raft building attempt. We took the kayak to a little island type thing that we were building a fort on. Grabbed us each two from my parents fridge. We were about 10 years old.

I really can't not remember when I drink my first beer. Before my dad started getting sick (I was 11 or 12 when he started getting sick), he would come home from work every day.. During the summer and when the weather was nice he I would sit outside with him while he put down a 6 pack. He would always give me a few sips every time he cracked one open, but as for as being somewhere and having my own beer to drink.. I really don't know. It was probably somewhere I went with my parents and somehow found away to sneak a few beers..

I remember the first time when the only thing my friends and I had to drink was pure vodka. As in drinking it straight out the bottle. I remember that because... well we ended up doing some stupid shite and out of all the stupid shite we did, we only got caught doing the "not as bad" as the other shite we did.

For some reason, one night I was drinking Southern Comfort and after a few drinks I was throwing up.. Never really messed with that again. I am sure everyone use to drink this at some point, but I could drink mad dog 20/20 like a boss.

13 years old, 1974, stole some Miller Ponies from my parents to bring to Mardi Gras. My friends were not impressed with my warm beers, but we drank them anyway.

Hardly. I was 10 months old and my dad just returned home from getting out of service during Vietnam.
