I have two. Binge and treadmill. If I tell my wife a new tv show has come out with all the episodes released I say, ‘hey we can…. this show. I can’t come up with binge!!!
Or I’m to the gym to walk on the….. I can’t come up with treadmill!!!!
Every fricking time this happens!

Not having any trouble thinking of Congo

To the contrary. I find myself oft beset by difficulty when seeking the simplest words of common parlance.

Nope, I used to have to copy dictionary pages as a punishment in elementary school.

If you are age 80 or above, you have an excuse.

Sometimes I can't think of any words at all because I'm so distracted by the smell of burnt toast.

No. I do struggle to pronounce some lesser used words about once a month. I can always visualize the word but have to slow down and sound it out in my head.

No, but I did prefer the name "Zaire" to "Democratic Repulic of Congo."

I’m 74 and this is not uncommon for me for a variety of words. I know what I’m trying to say but will pause for a sec while hunting for it. Good news is most of the time I can remember.
