Summer just a lot in the morning. Come winter. All day long.
Last week with the work from hold due to snow. Frank 2 12 cup pots a day.

This.
Cutoff during the week is not until like 4:30 pm.
Drink a big arse Bunn pot or more of Community NOLA blend every weekday plus usually another Keurig cup in the late afternoon when that runs out.
I do 48 hour intermittent fasts also during the week so in addition to the caffeine, having coffee to sip helps keeps the munchies away.

Coffee doesn't really affect me, but the afternoon energy is great. I've started drinking a Premier Protein Cafe Latte shake for lunch around 1:00. I'll add a cup of coffee to it for an iced coffee.
I know people that will have trouble sleeping if they have any caffeine after noon.

I actually do not drink coffee
I have never liked it
I actually don't mind the flavor, but a hot drink is the last thing I want in the morning, and the breath on people who have been drinking coffee makes me want to vomit.
How people can walk around with that breath is beyond me. On the seldom occasion I drink one because it's cold out or whatever, I barely make it through half and then need to brush my teeth ASAP.

One full tilted caffeine loaded cup in the am and maybe 5 of 7 week days I will take a cup of decaf. The reason for the decaf is that I am convinced I should only drink one cup worth a day now that I am an old fart and want to keep my hearty healthy, per doc of course.

From 4:15 am until maybe 9 pm everyday. I do switch to decaf now and then during the day

Coffee is incredibly good for one’s health.
Coffee Linked to Reduced Cardiovascular Disease and Mortality
Coffee Linked to Reduced Cardiovascular Disease and Mortality
quote:
Drinking 2 to 3 daily cups of coffee, including ground, instant, or decaffeinated coffee, is associated with significant reductions in new cardiovascular disease (CVD) and mortality, compared with avoiding coffee, a new analysis of the prospective UK Biobank suggests. Ground and instant coffee, but interestingly, not decaffeinated coffee intake was also associated with reduced risk of new-onset arrhythmia, including atrial fibrillation.

Our study is the first to look at differences in coffee subtypes to tease out important differences which may explain some of the mechanisms through which coffee works," Peter M. Kistler, MD, the Alfred Hospital and Baker Heart and Diabetes Institute, Melbourne, Australia, told theheart.org | Medscape Cardiology. "Daily coffee intake should not be discouraged by physicians but rather considered part of a healthy diet," Kistler said.
"This study supports that coffee is safe and even potentially beneficial, which is consistent with most of the prior evidence," Carl "Chip" Lavie, MD, who wasn't involved in the study, told theheart.org | Medscape Cardiology.
quote:
Habitual coffee drinking of up to 5 cups/day was also associated with significant reductions in the risk of incident CVD, when compared with nondrinkers.
Significant reductions in the risk of incident coronary heart disease (CHD) were associated with habitual coffee intake of up to 5 cups/day, with the lowest risk for CHD observed in those who consumed 2 to 3 cups/day (HR 0.89; 95% CI, 0.86 - 0.91; P < .0001). Coffee consumption at all levels was associated with significant reduction in the risk of congestive cardiac failure (CCF) and ischemic stroke.
The lowest risks were observed in those who consumed 2 to 3 cups/day, with HR, 0.83 (95% CI, 0.79 - 0.87; P < .0001) for CCF and HR, 0.84 (95% CI, 0.78 - 0.90; P < .0001) for ischemic stroke.

Just about every day. My coffee maker makes 12 cups and goes off at 5:45 a.m. and I will drink no less than 2-3 mugs before starting my day. Each mug takes the equivalent of 2 cups out of the pot.
My wife is a "one and done" coffee drinker.
I will nuke a cup in the late afternoon, usually around 5 p.m. and wash everything and get it ready for the next day.

Coffee for the morning commute, water after 12pm. If I’m having one of those days where all I do is track down missing mail and parcels for customers, I might have a 10oz Dr Pepper to push me through until I close up the office.

I have a double espresso around 3p everyday and go to sleep around 9:30 no problem, but that's just me. I enjoy a quick afternoon coffee

I can drink caffeine late and still sleep
What would be the point of drinking coffee if that was the case?
Caffeine like most things loses its effect over time. So right now my tolerance is way high unfortunately.

Yes.
All day at office.
Could drink a triple espresso at 8 and be asleep at 10.
