No. frick Jesuit. I spent like 30 hours in detention over 5 years because I forgot my name tag. Pretentious pricks for teachers for the most part.

And my college was way too expensive. I gave them enough money, and they spent my tuition money on new fountains, rec rooms, and everything looking nice on the outside. Still the same burnt out tenured professors and same inside facilities.

People are starving to death worldwide. Why would anyone give money after they graduate to a university? They’ve already paid more than enough. Why give money to liberal agendas or athletes who will just leave when they want. It’s a bad investment.

No though we do go to a few NIL collective gatherings to mingle with the athletes. We do donate to the local middle/high schools. They need the money even more than the liberal indoctrination centers.

Donate to a charity that delivers food to the needy. Great. Donate and support a university that that can educate our future and make a difference. I don’t understand an attitude of defeat. Did you graduate? Do you have a good career? Are the negative people here just failing in life and want things to stay that way? Donate to your Alma Mater. Get involved. Do something to make things better. Lord knows we need it.

I do not. Given that we've sent our kids to school there, and given what we had to pay, and knowing what those professors and executives make (and how little some of them work), frick no.

I’d have to guess that people who don’t donate to their Alma Maters aren’t particularly successful in life.

I’ve never heard of someone donating to their HS. How does this work? Do they call you?

My stepson graduated from Jesuit and stepdaughter from Mt. Carmel and both get letters from the Alumni Association asking for them to help with donations from time to time.

And it's not like they both recently graduated. The stepson is 39 and stepdaughter is 32 with both being out of high school since age 18.

I donate to LSU by buying tickets and jerseys for my family. Plus the expensive but crappy concessions. I also watch some sporting events on TV, which I assume helps with the ad revenue.

No. Not another dime until LSU puts U.S.Army General Troy Middleton’s name back on the college library which most of the students couldn’t find if their life depended on it.
